The Creative Masochist
A Bit About Moi...
Well what's there to tell...I grew up on the expansive Prairies of Canada (in a place where a camel, named Sara, was the town mascot-HONEST!), breathed in a lot of fresh air, ate a lot of bugs, made mud pies in the garden...too far back?! I am an artist (watercolour, oils, pencil) and have expanded this to Graphic and Web Design. I love to create and doodle and have fun with colours and shapes. A day without art, for me, is a day wasted! This site has been created as a bit of a showcase of my skills and ideas. So peruse and enjoy!
What do I do?
Basically, I use the remainders of the gray matter in my skull to come up with, what I hope are unique and wonderful ideas. Then, when the children are fast asleep in their beds, I take these ideas and put them down on paper. After much tweaking, tuning and, more often than not, cursing, I end up with a finished product that I don't hate too much (us artist's are such self-loathers sometimes!).
Why the Creative Masochist?
I chose this title because in order to work with computers you have to be some sort of masochist. The pain that can be inflicted by non-compliant browsers (not mentioning which one-due to legal reasons) and crashing programs is not normal! As I love to create and use the computer, to help me in some matters, I figured The Creative Masochist was a more than suitable title. My apologies to anyone who was searching for something else and was brought to this page-you will not find any kinky stuff here (that's on my other site!!)!
